Made some good progress on my Skoda Felicia bodied E46 build. Donor E46 is mostly stripped down at the rear ready for cutting to begin. Need the front seats, dash, doors and front wings off next...
The most awkward part was getting the convertible top hydraulics and frame out. This thing weighs over 50kgs alone.

I there a lot of demand for the parts you’re removing?
I realize it’s a very different generation, but when I bought a sight-unseen €1k BMW E30 touring on German eBay, there were two boxes of random parts in the boot. I listed those parts individually on eBay, and ended up with about €750.

Im honestly not sure. I've saved anything in good shape to sell, but I won't really know what it's worth until I start checking eBay when I list them for sale. Sadly most of the panels and much of the interior is too badly damaged to be worth anything.

What’s the plan for the bed? I’d assume suspension will be poking through? will it no longer used a s a pickup?

The bed will likely end up having a step in it to account for the way the frame rails kick up. I'd like it to be usable but I'm not concerned about a fully flat floor. Most likely I'll sort the bed situation after it's passed the IVA and roadworthy.

Yah I'll be doing something to stop it being a twisty mess. It'll be frightening enough already haha.
